Robinson, Kevin

Kevin Robinson Kevin Robinson has been involved in many workplace investigations in a variety of roles. As legal counsel with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Kevin was responsible for managing and overseeing internal investigations. As an advocate, Kevin has represented complainants, respondents and employers involved in different workplace disputes requiring investigations. Most recently, Kevin has been engaged as an independent investigator in respect of many different issues including absenteeism, illness and disability, workplace harassment and bullying, allegations of racial discrimination, breaches of corporate policies including computer use policies and instances of theft.

Kevin has a degree in economics and received his Bachelor of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School. Kevin then completed his Masters degree in law in 2008. Kevin has also successfully completed courses in Intensive Trial Advocacy and on the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation.

Kevin is a frequent speaker and lecturer on employment law issues. He serves as a member of the Executive of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association and between 2006 and 2009 was an appointee of the Attorney General of Ontario to the Council of the Ontario Association of Architects.
