Lee Anderson is an Organizational Effectiveness Strategist and career coach based in London, Ontario. Lee spent most of her corporate career as a senior manager in the financial services sector, in areas such as retail banking, insurance, and professional services.

As a consultant, Lee has undertaken a wide range of projects: she has designed HR strategies for one of Ontario’s largest Community Care Access Centres; provided HR advice for entrepreneurs in the food and beverage, graphics, alternative health, insurance, law, medicine, and professional services sectors; and conducted organizational reviews for public organizations. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), certified practitioner for the Pathfinder Career System, and has completed a coaching certificate with the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.
